Parties

Hip4Kidz is Marka Models, established in Breda under Chamber of Commerce number 70753385. The client is the party entering into an agreement with the agency.

Application

These terms apply to all proposals, work, agreements and deliveries. Deviations are valid only when agreed in writing.

Offers and prices

Offers are non-binding and remain valid for no more than two weeks unless stated otherwise. Prices are in euros, excluding VAT and additional costs. An agreed total is an estimate unless a fixed price is confirmed in writing.

Payment

Late payment may incur interest and statutory collection costs.

Performance

The agency performs the agreement to the best of its ability and may engage third parties. The client must provide accurate information on time. Services are an obligation of effort, not a guarantee of a particular result.
