What the agency does

After registration and signing the representation agreement, the agency looks for suitable assignments and matches models with the brands it works with.

Exclusive representation

Under an exclusive agreement, registration with another agency is not permitted without written approval.

Availability and options

The agency checks availability before presenting a model. Once confirmed, the model is placed on option and keeps the dates available. Direct client approaches must be referred to the agency.

On location

• One companion may attend with a minor unless otherwise agreed.
• Client contact details are not exchanged; communication runs through the agency.
• Any concern on location should be raised with the booker immediately.

Expenses and payments

Only expenses approved in writing in advance are reimbursed. Payments are processed within three months after the shoot and after the client has paid the agency.

Images

Material is shared when received from the client. Backstage images must not be published before a collection is released, and agency credit must accompany assignment images.
