Marka Models / Hip4Kidz processes personal data under the AVG/GDPR and only for representation, casting, booking and payment administration.

Data processed

Contact and payment details, date of birth, portfolio material, clothing measurements, hair and eye colour, age and necessary identity information. For minors, information is supplied by a parent or legal representative.

Retention

Data is kept while services are provided and for up to three months after they end, unless a longer period is required by law or financial administration.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restricted processing, withdraw consent or object to processing.
